Terms of Service

1. Who can use SocialMe

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you. Accounts that misrepresent age may be removed.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account, the username and information you publish, and keeping your password secure. You may not impersonate others or share access to your account.

3. Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant SocialMe a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service.

You must not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, harassing, threatening, deceptive, infringes intellectual property, or violates anyone's privacy.

4. Community rules

• No harassment, threats, or targeted hate.
• No spam, scams, or platform manipulation.
• No nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
• No sharing of other people's private information.

Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, or permanent ban.

5. Reporting & blocking

If you see something that breaks the rules, use the in-app Report action. You can also Block any account to stop seeing them and hide your activity from them.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from settings.

7. Disclaimers

SocialMe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for content posted by users or for any indirect damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of SocialMe after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
